Escrow payment protection
Pay once at award. Your payment is held in escrow: 55% releases when the bow maker starts production, the rest when you confirm the bows arrived. Wrong order or no-show? We step in before the final payment releases.
Personally vetted bow makers
Every bow maker application is personally reviewed for real production experience and a portfolio that backs it up. Approved bow makers connect a Stripe-verified bank account before they can earn a dollar.

Cancel before production
Email hello@cheerbows.com to cancel. Before the maker starts production, the bid amount is fully refundable. After that, the held 45% can still come back; the design license and service fee can't.

Cheer gyms post their team orders here. You bid on the ones that fit your studio's capacity, lead time, and price.

Bid what your work is worth. Other bow makers can't see your number, so you're not undercutting to win.
Paid through escrow
55% releases when you start production, the rest when the coach confirms delivery. Stripe deposits to your bank, typically in 1–2 business days. No invoice chasing.

$15/month for life for early members of the California Bows community. Locked in before public pricing goes up.
